Staying Youthful and Energetic with BEMER

One of the most significant changes I’ve noticed since starting with BEMER is how much more youthful I feel—not just in my energy, but in the way I move and carry myself. Friends and family tell me I seem more lively and active, and I feel it too. My steps are lighter, and I no longer get that sluggish feeling at the end of the day.

For me, BEMER has helped support a youthful outlook and a sharper mind. It’s not just about looking young—it’s about feeling young from the inside out, and that’s something I truly value at this stage in my life.

How My Journey Began — January 14, 2025

At age 76, I tried BEMER for the first time at the Yuma, Arizona, swap meet. The session lasted about 8 minutes, right before I went to work. I’m on my feet most of the day—6 to 8 hours—and normally I feel tired, my feet get sore, and my energy drops.

But that day was different.

I worked a full 8-hour shift and felt no tiredness at all. My feet didn’t ache, and my energy stayed steady. After work, I still felt light, alert, and energized. That’s when I realized something had changed.

I went back to learn more, checked the cost, and even though it surprised me, I knew I wanted it. I’m glad I made the decision, because from that day on, I’ve used BEMER daily—for work, for exercise, and for overall wellness.

My Exercise Routine with BEMER

I used to walk 3 miles a day (about an hour), but it tired me more than I liked. So I adjusted to 2 miles and added light resistance:

  • 1 lb weights on my wrists one day
  • 1 lb weights on my ankles, the next

After walking, I lift weights for about 30 minutes:

  • 35 lbs in each hand
  • Military press: 12–15 reps
  • Bench press: up to 20 reps
  • Curls: up to 12 reps
  • Forearms and wrists: up to 20 reps

I’m not trying to get big—just stay slim, strong, and steady.

How I Use My BEMER

I purchased the full kit (even though I didn’t need all of it right away), and the two items I use most are the mats:

  • 8 minutes at bedtime for relaxation
  • 16 minutes before walking or lifting for energy

I started with just 8 minutes, but gradually increased as I learned more.
